LUZON DELIVERIES
DELIVERY BEYOND 200 KM. OUTSIDE METRO
MANILA
Points in excess of 200 kilometers
outside Metro Manila, shall have an additional of 30cents per kilometer and a
maximum of $40.00 per box.
VISAYAS AND MINDANAO DELIVERIES
Deliveries in Visayas and Mindanao shall
be within city or town proper only and must be reachable by Land Transportation
Arrangements can be made for boxes bound for places with no available agents and
shipper or consignee shall be prepared for any additional shipping cost,
expenses and other charges that may arise under these terms and conditions. See
provincial agent’s list.
INSURANCE COVERAGE AND RATE
Free of particular average (FPA)
including theft and non-delivery. A $15.00 minimum premium will cover shipment
to a maximum of $700.00 per box, additional $3.00 premium will be added for
every $100.00 coverage. A packing list is required.
CARRIER’S LIABILITY
REN INTERNATIONAL has a liability
coverage of $200.00 per box or unit in the event of a total loss, prorated
otherwise on a partial loss.
ITEMIZED PACKING LIST
Shippers Export Declaration or Packing
List is required, shippers identification should be noted on the invoice or bill
of lading. Driver’s License, State I.D., Employment I.D., and Passports are
acceptable.
